Marin Clean Energy has developed a 20- to 30-minute presentation for civic, social and business groups in Marin county. Representatives from Marin Clean Energy will explain how Marin Clean Energy would work and answer any questions people may have.

There is no charge for the program, and we would be happy to tailor the program to your group's particular interests. To request a speaker, please contact us.

Marin Clean Energy encourages community members with interest in promoting local, renewable power through Marin Clean Energy to help educate their friends and neighbors about the plan by presenting the material on their own to civic, social or business groups in Marin County.

If you would like to speak about Marin Clean Energy to your group, we encourage you to:

• Educate yourself about MCE by utilizing many of the resources found on this website, attending a presentation on MCE, or speaking with other knowledgeable individuals.
• Contact civic, social, or business groups in your community and schedule a time and day for you to speak before the group.
• Print up materials off this website to distribute at the meeting.

After your presentation, please download and fill out the Speakers Bureau Form and email it to Jamie Tuckey, Planning Aide, Marin Clean Energy, at jtuckey@co.marin.ca.us. These reports will help us keep track of what groups have received presentations on MCE, and may also be helpful in informing councilmembers about which groups have been educated about MCE.
